Vehicle Overview
The compact Lancer sedan line includes the following
trims: the base level DE, the sportier
ES, the all-wheel-drive SE, the performance-oriented GT and the all-wheel-drive
Ralliart.
New for 2013
The SE trim can now be equipped with an optional Premium
Package. This package includes the following features: new standard alloy
wheels, a leather wrapped steering
wheel, a Rockford Fosgate premium stereo, satellite radio and a power sunroof plus.
Exterior
Exterior features for the 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer include:
Standard 16-inch wheels or available 18-inch wheels, Optional bi-xenon
high-intensity-discharge headlights (for the GT and Ralliart models) and an available
rear-wing spoiler.
Interior
The 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer sedan is able to seat up to five passengers.
With the exception of the base DE model, every 2013 Lancer comes
with a 60/40-split folding rear seat. GT and Ralliart buyers will be happy to
know that they have the option to equip their Mitsu with a navigation system
with a 30-gigabyte hard drive and backup camera.
Interior features for the 2013 Lancer include: Available
USB port and Odor-absorbing headliner. The GT and Ralliart models also get
Chrome accents and optional heated leather seats.
Under the Hood
The 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer offer many different engine and
transmission choices:
The SE and Ralliart are all-wheel drive, and other Lancer
sedans come with front-wheel drive. Mechanical features include:
The DE and ES models come standard equipped with a 2.0-liter
four-cylinder engine that produces 148 horsepower. A five-speed manual
transmission comes standard on both. ES models also offer an optional
continuously variable automatic transmission.
The GT and SE models are powered by a 168-hp, 2.4-liter
four-cylinder engine. The GT is standard paired with a five-speed manual (With
a CVT option). The SE gets the CVT transmission as standard.
Ralliart models are equipped with a turbocharged 2.0-liter
four-cylinder that makes 237-hp and 253 pounds-feet of torque. This engine
comes matched to a six-speed, twin-clutch automated manual transmission
Safety
Standard safety features on the 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer include
the following: Side curtain airbags for both rows, side-impact airbags for the
front seats, antilock brakes, knee airbag for the driver and an electronic
stability system
